1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Family.Space application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), you (the “Buyer” or “User”) agree to comply with these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Service.
2. Eligibility
By using the Service, you confirm that you are either at least 18 years of age or have obtained the consent of a legal guardian or a person with parental authority if you are a minor, in accordance with applicable local laws.
3. Subscription and Fees
The Buyer is entitled to use the Service by paying the applicable subscription fee (hereinafter referred to as the "Basic Fee") as determined by the Company. The Basic Fee corresponds to the period of use specified at the time of purchase (hereinafter referred to as the “Period of Use”).
4. Payment
All payments for the Service must be made in the manner stipulated by the Company, through the payment methods available in the App Store or Google Play. The Buyer agrees that the Company is not responsible for any fees, currency conversions, or transaction costs applied by third-party payment processors.
5. Automatic Renewal
At the end of the initial Period of Use, the subscription will automatically renew for another identical period unless canceled by the Buyer prior to the renewal date. Upon renewal, the Buyer will be charged the Basic Fee using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless the Buyer modifies their payment method prior to the renewal.
6. Cancellation and Termination
The Buyer may cancel the subscription by following the cancellation procedures outlined by the App Store or Google Play. Upon cancellation:
  • The Basic Fee already paid will not be refunded or prorated.
  • The Buyer will retain access to the Service for the remainder of the paid Period of Use.
  • Automatic renewal will be discontinued at the end of the current Period of Use.
7. Refund Policy
Unless required by law, the Company does not provide refunds for any payments made for the Service. Refund requests made outside the refund policies of the App Store or Google Play will not be honored.
8. Receipts and Invoices
The Company will not issue any receipts, invoices, or equivalent documentation for fees paid, as all transaction confirmations are handled through the App Store or Google Play.
9. User Responsibilities
  • The Buyer is responsible for maintaining their account information, payment methods, and the security of their devices.
  • The Buyer agrees to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their country of residence.
10. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, the Company will notify the Buyer through appropriate means. Continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. The Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the current Period of Use.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and the use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of Cypris, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanisms provided by the App Store or Google Play, or through applicable local authorities in the Buyer’s country of residence.
